Job Description

As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate receipting, storage, and distribution of medications and IV fluids across wards and departments.

Your responsibilities will include verifying incoming goods accurately against orders, rotating and organizing stock efficiently, monitoring inventory through regular stocktakes, assembling and supplying pharmacy stock to clinical areas, and supporting documentation and archive storage processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and store pharmaceutical goods
  • Manage stock levels and monitor expiry dates
  • Distribute stock to wards and clinical units
  • Maintain pharmacy storeroom organization
  • Assist with order assembly and delivery
  • Support administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Experience in pharmacy or similar settings
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload
  • Basic computer and inventory systems skills
