\Job Overview\We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lead Primary Care Professional to join our dynamic team at Ivanhoe East, Victoria, Australia. This permanent, part-time opportunity offers hands-on experience in the OSHC industry and provides the chance to work with a talented team of educators.
\As a Lead Primary Care Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in your program. You will also engage with the school community, attend events and assemblies, and assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program.
\Key Responsibilities\- \

- Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.\
- Ensure your program is in compliance with industry regulations.\

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- ELC qualification (or equivalent) with Diploma qualification as per ACECQA standards.\
- Prior experience in Before and After School Care or education, although training is available.\
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.\
- A passion for working with primary-aged children and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.\
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.\\/ul\Benefits\
