Marketing Campaign Coordinator Job Summary

About the Role:

A Marketing Campaign Coordinator is a key member of our marketing team, supporting the delivery of marketing activities across customer channels. They will play a crucial role in developing and executing retail marketing programmes to drive commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop annual activation plans for customers, measuring their impact and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support with point-of-sale (POS) materials, promotions, digital activations, and events.
  • Track and report campaign performance and customer engagement metrics.
  • Manage project deliverables, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in trade or channel marketing, ideally within FMCG or a similar industry.
  • Strong project management skills, including programme execution and budget control.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Marketing/Sales), Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of marketing display and POS strategies, along with familiarity with design tools like Illustrator.
  • A keen eye for detail, especially in data analysis and SKU management.
