Role Objective:
To uphold excellence in customer service. To provide expert technical guidance and perform vehicle assessments to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles in line with approved technical standards, ensuring optimal vehicle performance.

  • Provide exceptional technical support, service, and maintenance for all customers, focusing on Ford and other vehicle brands.
  • Adhere to established protocols as dictated by industry regulations, company policies, and manufacturer guidelines.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in a timely manner.
  • Foster a supportive environment for colleagues in alignment with the company's core values and mission.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

  • ATA accreditation, along with a fully qualified City & Guilds or NVQ certification.
  • Proven ability to manage processes, documentation, and administrative tasks.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to mentor and guide colleagues and junior team members.
  • Valid driving license with a minimum of 6 months' experience and fewer than 9 penalty points.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

Desirable:

  • Demonstrated expertise and recognition as a qualified Vehicle Service Repair Technician.
  • Understanding of customer and company needs, reflected in work performance.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
