Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and create memorable interactions with shoppers
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect gifts and adventure gear
  • Support at the register and ensure seamless transactions
  • Restock and merchandise products to maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming for every shopper
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service
  • Offer support across various departments as needed
Requirements:
  • Friendly and enthusiastic team players with a passion for the outdoors
  • Excellent communicators who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability – including late nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Previous retail experience is advantageous but not essential – comprehensive training will be provided
