Key Role in Depot Operations

The AM Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day functioning of our Mackay facility, focusing on driving operational efficiency and enhancing service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive depot operations with a focus on gaining efficiencies to improve high service standards.
  • Responsible for implementing solutions to enhance business performance by collaborating closely with all departments.
  • Invest time into staff to shape personal and operational performance in-line with our People Strategy.
  • Lead and assist your team with delivering a high level of service to our customers and agents.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Transport Management/Operations Management position leading a team of >30.
  • Experience in road transport, express or general transport experience is critical with knowledge in Linehaul, PUD, and warehouse staffing advantageous.
