Job Description:
You will be part of the Senior Commercial Manager team, supporting the ADSS Commercial Function by managing commercial aspects of contracts and agreements.
This role involves collaboration with various departments, including operations, finance, and project controls, to deliver accurate and timely information for effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all commercial aspects of contracts and address client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Support the project lifecycle from pre-bid and bid stages to delivery and project closeout.
- Contribute to contract negotiation, review, and management.
- Coordinate export controls and ITAR compliance.
- Manage intellectual property and technical data.
Requirements:
- Current AGSVA Baseline security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Defence and Government commercial management or procurement
- Demonstrated negotiation and communication skills
