About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning.

As a Senior Educator, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of Educators and provide high-quality educational programs for our children.

With a strong focus on child development and learning, you will work closely with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children, with a strong commitment to safety and inclusivity.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check
