We are seeking a qualified Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team on a permanent part-time basis. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management and advanced nursing care of adult patients with oncological malignancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver chemotherapy and infusion services ensuring high-quality patient-centered care through expert clinical practice, leadership, education, research, and collaboration.
  • Demonstrate autonomy, accountability, and competence in providing comprehensive and holistic health assessments relevant to cancer care within an expanded clinical nursing role.
  • Provide effective autonomous and accountable patient care incorporating an advanced level of knowledge and skills in cancer care.
  • Engage in and lead clinical collaboration through clinical consultancy, collegial support, guidance, and direction to members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Initiate implement and evaluate clinical research in cancer care in conjunction with appropriate colleagues.

Requirements:

  • A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse and endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • A minimum of five years of cancer care practice and advanced clinical skills within the specialty.
  • A valid WA drivers' license and National Police Clearance.
