The REO Group seeks an experienced Account Receivable Officer to join their dynamic team. In this 8-week contract role, you will be responsible for uploading and sending invoices to suppliers and onboarding new/maintaining existing accounts with accuracy and efficiency using Oracle and intermediate Excel skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your extensive Accounts Receivable expertise to a global logistics organisation with a large Australian presence. You will work closely with the Shared Services Manager and contribute to a high-performing, close-knit team.
Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of approximately 600 customers.
- Collect and manage overdue accounts.
- Send and upload supplier invoices.
- Onboard and maintain customer accounts.
- Handle all disputes and enquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Data entry.
- Candidate Service.
- Build and Maintain Customer relationships.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in Logistics & Supply Chain or a similar industry where you are comfortable with a high volume end-to-end AR function. You should have an extensive understanding of Accounts Receivable duties and procedures. Proficiency in Oracle and Excel is essential, as well as precise and accurate data entry skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
