**Kitchen Assistant Role at Riverside Oaks Golf Resort**

**Riverside Oaks Golf Resort **is a prestigious venue nestled in 587 acres of pristine Australian bushland overlooking the Hawkesbury River. This beautiful resort boasts multiple award-winning function spaces, accommodating up to 250 guests.

**The Opportunity**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Kitchen Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting in kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of food quality, and contributing to a positive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in preparing and cooking meals for events and functions;
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area;
  • Develop skills in hospitality and catering operations;
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service delivery;

**Requirements:**

  • Understanding of kitchen operations, equipment, and procedures;
  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks;
  • Attention to detail and good time management skills;
  • Good organisational and communication skills;
