Job Description

The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of the requirements of Aged Care Standards, accurate preparation and administration of medication and treatments, precise monitoring of patient well-being, and effective communication within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high standards of care to residents, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Promote a culture of compassion, respect, and dignity in the workplace.
Requirements:
  • Current registration as a qualified Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and proven experience in aged care.
  • Caring and compassionate approaches to all residents and their families.
