**Residential Care Catering Assistant Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Catering Assistant in a Residential Care setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality catering services to residents, working closely with the catering team and Head Chef to ensure seamless operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents and their families;
  • Maintaining a clean and efficient work environment, adhering to food safety standards;
  • Demonstrating a customer-centric mindset when interacting with residents, families, and visitors;
  • Serving meals and snacks, ensuring correct meals are served to residents with special dietary needs.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications in catering and hospitality or related work experience are beneficial but not essential.
