Senior Integration Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design and implement integration solutions that enhance collaboration, automation, and productivity across development teams.

This role will involve managing continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines, developing Microsoft Teams bots and extensions to surface Azure DevOps data, and configuring real-time synchronization between Teams channels and Azure DevOps for critical alerts and updates.

You will also maintain security roles, ensure membership synchronization, and deliver training to drive adoption of best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement integration solutions between Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams to enhance collaboration and automation.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines (Build/Release), ensuring efficient code flow, with Teams notifications for critical statuses.
  • Develop Teams Bots, Messaging Extensions, or Tabs to display Azure DevOps data (Work Items/Boards).
  • Configure automatic sync between Teams channels and Azure DevOps (e.g., PR alerts, build failure notifications).
  • Maintain Azure DevOps security roles and Teams membership synchronization.
  • Document solutions and train development teams on tool usage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 7+ years in DevOps or Teams integration with proven automation cases.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tooling support.
  • Preferred: Microsoft Certifications (e.g., AZ-400 DevOps or MS-600 Teams Development) and .NET/Python development skills for custom extensions.
