Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to spearhead the transformation of our enterprise software architecture and delivery.

  • The ideal candidate will define and maintain architecture within our Application ReUse platform, aligned to strategic business objectives.
  • They will lead the delivery of actionable roadmaps to support transformation programs across our ERP and Application ReUse.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure architecture supports and enables business outcomes.
  • A hands-on approach in Proof of Concept (POC) work, mentoring, and innovation-driven design is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deep experience in enterprise software development and architecture for SaaS solutions, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Proven ability to architect, engineer, and deliver business reuse frameworks/software components in an enterprise software setting.
  • Leadership in defining and executing enterprise architecture initiatives.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, guiding teams through change, including direct leadership and mentoring.
  • Exceptional conceptual thinking, commercial acumen, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, presenting complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of non-functional requirements, including security, scalability, and performance.
