We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Platypus locations in the Northern Territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Sales and KPIs: Lead a team of passionate casuals, collaborating with your Assistant Store Manager, to achieve optimal results in sales targets, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
- Motivate Your Team: Coach and mentor your team to maintain high morale and encourage individual development through training and succession plans.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient operation of your store, closely monitoring sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, acknowledging outstanding results and identifying areas for improvement.
