The Role

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our Corporate Finance & Digital group. As a trusted business adviser, you will be embedded in the functional group, fostering strong relationships and understanding the unique needs of each department.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Business Partnering: Align HR strategies with business objectives to drive performance and enhance employee engagement.
  • Deliver HR-Related Projects and Initiatives: Implement projects and initiatives that support our company's growth and development.
  • Drive Strategic People Plan: Contribute to the development and execution of our people plans, analysing trends and identifying opportunities to shape our workforce planning, talent management, and organisational design efforts.
  • Provide HR Advice: Offer expert guidance on HR matters, resolving employee relations issues, interpreting policies, and coaching managers on best practices.
Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with a focus on business partnership and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Australian Employment legislation and reasonable experience negotiating and interpreting awards, agreements, and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
