About the Opportunity
With all of their construction teams busy on projects and a number of repeat clients working with them through the final stages of their new industrial projects, this Mid Tier construction company requires another PM.
Once underway, your full team will be site-based and you will have a lot of autonomy to run your project.
You will report to the Construction Manager who sees his role as a facilitator rather than directing you on how to run your project.
What You Will Need To Succeed
Previous experience delivering industrial projects of a similar size as a PM would be ideal, but it is not essential.
The bigger goal is to secure a PM who will be successful in their business and enjoy working there for many years to come.
