Leading Retail Store Operations

The Key Store Leader role is a full-time position, based in Brookvale, NSW. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will join our team and assist in customer service, sales, warehouse duties, and lead the team.
Essential Responsibilities:- Develop a culture of safety within the store, ensuring a zero-harm environment.
- Manage sales and operational activities of the store, including reviewing areas for improvement.
- Promote and manage sales campaigns in the store to grow category sales and maintain margin.
- Maintain effective relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Work with Inventory and State Manager to ensure inventory is executed in line with national direction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with retail standards and behaviours, including housekeeping, merchandising, and presentation.
- Monitor and coach employees under your direct supervision, ensuring performance and training/development plans are achieved.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Sales growth and profitability.
- Employee engagement and retention.
- Customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
