We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide personal care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene and mobility support.
- Foster social engagement and emotional wellbeing among residents.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health and behaviour.
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) is a minimum requirement.
- Previous experience in Aged Care is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude are crucial.
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the role is required.
Additional Requirements:
- A current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one is necessary.
- COVID-19 vaccination and influenza vaccination are encouraged but not mandatory.
