Position Overview

The role of the Applications Support Officer is a critical engineering position within the ICT Platform Services and Support Section. The application services supported by this section primarily utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premises), SharePoint (on-prem), Intelledox Infiniti, and the .Net framework, alongside some legacy applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance and optimize existing applications and services based on business and ICT-led initiatives.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute routine maintenance activities, including upgrades and updates.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation regarding application configurations and service dependencies.
  • Monitor applications and services to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Provide support for the agency's use of applications and services, including potential end-user training.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience and in-depth operational knowledge of server-based applications/services such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Intelledox Infiniti, SharePoint, .Net applications, and Azure technologies.
  • Proficient in the development and maintenance of documentation and operational procedures.
  • Experience in providing end-user support and training.
