We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Community Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in various community settings.

  • Key responsibilities:

    • Provide nursing care to patients in their homes, aged-care facilities, and community health centers.

  • Requirements:

    • Recent acute experience in a hospital or community setting.
    • Able to spot client deterioration.
    • Strong clinical reasoning skills and a positive mindset.
    • Desirable skills include chronic wound care, negative pressure experience, PICC care/dressing/removal, cannulation, continence, and pediatric experience.
