Education Support Role

The Waymaker Program provides individualised or small group instruction for students with additional needs or disabilities.

We are seeking a passionate and caring individual to assist our teachers in supporting these students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering a differentiated curriculum and associated assessment tasks that accommodate various learning styles and difficulties.
  • Provide assistance within the limits of your training, supporting education and behaviour initiatives as directed by teachers.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of Christian education and a commitment to it.
  • Experience working with students or young people is advantageous.
