This is a Graduate Program designed for individuals who are ready to dive into tech and make a real impact.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimising processes and delivering data-driven insights for smarter decision-making.

You will have the opportunity to work on exciting client assignments with some of Australia's biggest brands in banking, finance, consulting, and more.

About You

We are looking for individuals who hold a university degree level (bachelor or higher) and are able to commit to completing our full 2.5-year graduate program.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, paired with great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia (citizen or permanent resident).
  • Relocation may be required for client projects, primarily in Sydney and Melbourne. FDM offers a relocation package and connects you with other consultants for support.
