Accounting Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our accounting advisory services practice in Melbourne or Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our practice, leveraging your expertise in accounting advisory, technical standards, and commercial implications.

About the Role
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Lead and manage complex projects, ensuring retention of key clients and delivering against agreed objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with senior team members and clients to address complex client needs and opportunities.
Responsibilities
  • Manage client and project portfolios, negotiate agreements, and deliver against agreed objectives.
  • Develop specific marketing strategies and activities to keep pace with changes in the market.
  • Support senior team members and provide knowledge, experience, and other support at critical points throughout the project.
  • Responsible for managing organizational and contractual project budgets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Professional accounting qualification such as CA or CPA.
  • Significant professional accounting experience, including experience in audit or other assurance.
  • Strong understanding of and interest in technical accounting advisory and related compliance and commercial implications.
