Workday Testing Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume responsibility for testing and quality assurance of Workday software implementations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service in relation to Workday software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate Workday HR modules functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective testing and quality assurance processes.
  • Provide regular project updates and metrics to stakeholders.
  • Train junior members on Workday modules and functionalities.
  • Ensure projects have robust regression test plans for Workday releases.
  • Report weekly testing progress and statistics to stakeholders.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and provide updates on project progress and bottlenecks.
  • Assist in issue prioritization, data analysis, and project support as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and technologies.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Have excellent knowledge of productivity tools such as Jira, qTest, and Confluence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in software testing, particularly in Workday environments.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with testing tools such as Jira, qTest, and Confluence.
