ServiceNow Operations Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to head our ServiceNow Operations team.
Job DescriptionThis is a senior leadership role that requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow operations, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team's efforts to ensure optimal delivery of managed services, providing technical escalation and operational support, and driving the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a ServiceNow Developer/Engineer position, with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks in a busy environment. They will also possess strong knowledge across multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, and ITOM.
Requirements- Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to describe ServiceNow best practices
- Proven experience managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CIS)
