Futures and Options Client Service Specialist

Job Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our F&O and OTC (FOOTC) Client Services Representatives team. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management: Manages a portfolio of clients and provides primary coverage and face-off.
- Client Relationship Building: Engages in building and fostering good relationships with existing clients.
- Operational Improvement: Drives the ongoing review of clients and our operational offering to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years industry experience within a client service team, ideally with knowledge of Futures & Options and OTC Clearing.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrates leadership skills, delivering superior tangible/quantifiable results.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to present to an audience.
- Problem-Solving: Analyzes and resolves complex operations problems and initiatives requiring exception handling and/or coordination of multiple operational and/or product specialists.
