About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Retail Leader to join our team as Store Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and follow up on store sales & profit KPIs, taking action to maximise results.
  • Drive the Hello Member program in line with country goals, working closely with the store team.
  • E nsure store execution continuously meets H&M standards, following up using the Customer Audit Tool.
  • Manage recruitment, training, development, and succession planning for the store.
  • Evaluate and manage the performance of the store team, including performance development reviews, developing plans, giving feedback, and taking actions to improve performance and develop the team.
  • Secure Store Operations Best Practices in the store, according to the Area plan.

  • A commercial mindset with the ability to analyse figures and formulate plans to maximise sales.
  • The ability to delegate, follow up, and provide straightforward feedback with the goal of coaching and developing your team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with all team members.
  • Previous leadership experience in a similar role with proven results in driving commercial KPIs and team development.
