The Role
We are seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse to join our team at Kedron practice, where you will work collaboratively with experienced nurses and general practitioners to provide comprehensive care for all patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing thorough health assessments
- Administering vaccines and conducting post-vaccination observations
- Triage and prioritization of emergency situations
- Assisting GPs with minor procedures
- Maintenance of patient clinical data and coordination of wound dressings
- Providing health education and coaching to support patients in achieving their goals
Requirements:
- AHPRA Enrolled qualification
- Proven experience in General Practice or an acute setting
- Knowledge of Health Assessment is highly regarded
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- A passion for people and a personable approach
