We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Engineering Apprenticeship Program. This four-year program is designed to provide hands-on training and development opportunities, enabling you to gain a nationally recognised qualification in your trade.

Program Overview

  • This apprenticeship combines theoretical training with practical on-the-job experience, ensuring you gain the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the aviation industry.
  • You will rotate through relevant business areas, receiving training from experienced professionals and working alongside a network of skilled engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and inspect airframe, engine systems, and mechanical components and accessories on aircraft.
  • Diagnose faults and undertake repairs as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn a hands-on trade.
  • Proactive attitude toward learning and applying safe work practices.
  • High level of motivation and passion to work in the aviation sector.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Australian Citizenship or hold Australian Permanent Residency Status.
