We are seeking a skilled Registered Midwife to join our team in the NSW region. As a midwifery professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional patient care in the birth suite, utilizing a team approach to manage obstetric emergencies.
- Utilize strong clinical knowledge and skills to provide specialized care in the unit/department.
- Develop and maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Meet strict compliance requirements, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Demonstrated IT skills, with the ability to navigate electronic systems and software.
- Flexibility to work a 7-day roster, including on-call shifts.
- Excellent communication and patient liaison skills, with a strong focus on patient satisfaction.
- Unquestionable attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
- Reliability and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Monday to Sunday.
