Clinical Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join our expanding clinical workforce delivering high quality in-home care services.

The successful candidate will be allocated a client portfolio and have the opportunity to lead and inspire frontline clinical teams through guidance and mentorship.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional nursing care while responding to clinical nursing issues and concerns;
  • Reviewing client care and promoting independence and quality of life;
  • Implementing, monitoring and reviewing care plans;
  • Assisting with the orientation of new staff and ongoing professional development.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification;
  • Current AHPRA registration;
  • Extensive general nursing experience and demonstrated skills reflective of clinical expertise;
  • Ability to liaise with the care team and provide coordinated care;
  • Confidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities.
