### Key Responsibilities

* Prepare tables and bar areas before opening to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our customers
* Greet and seat customers on arrival, making them feel welcome and valued
* Explain menu items and make recommendations to assist guests with particular allergies or dietary requirements
* Serve customers food and drink in a timely manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Operate POS terminals to input customer orders and take payment, maintaining accuracy and efficiency
* Work behind the bar to complete drink orders and make specialty cocktails, showcasing your skills and creativity
* Clean and reset tables and restaurant areas as required, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization
* Stock and maintain wait stations, including polishing cutlery and ensuring all necessary supplies are available
* Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, adhering to our high standards of quality and service
