About this role:

We are seeking an individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences to join our retail team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to customers, showcasing our products and demonstrating their unique benefits.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging demonstrations and presentations to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our products.
  • Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising in your area, ensuring our products are showcased in an attractive and inviting way.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets, while providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Build strong relationships with store management and colleagues, working collaboratively as part of a cohesive team.

About You:
  • You should have a good understanding of retail principles, including visual merchandising and sales targets, as well as a keen interest in technology and the ability to communicate complex information simply.
  • A high standard of personal presentation and excellent customer service skills are essential.
  • You will also need to be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, and have a confident approach with a friendly and engaging manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers alike, are also important.
  • Additionally, you will need to be able to work independently, with good time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Determination, passion and drive for results are also essential qualities for this role.
