Job Details:

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of complex projects within secure environments, such as Physical Secure Zones and SCIF's (Secure Compartmented Information Facilities).

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet objectives and targets for our clients.

Essential Requirements:

The below key requirements are required to be demonstrated by all employees to our organization.

  • Be an Australian Citizen
  • Hold at minimum an NV1 Australian Government Security Clearance
  • Have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills

In addition, this role will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the Defence sector or in a similarly regulated environment
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
