About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Operate store equipment, including pallet jacks and cutting tools, to support the efficient running of the store.
