Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at NPA WorldWide. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred services to individuals of all ages with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized intervention plans to support clients in achieving their occupational goals.
  • Provide client support through clinic or home-based sessions, training, and resource development, with a focus on promoting independence and community participation.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal client outcomes.
  • Utilize a range of assessment tools and resources to inform practice and drive continuous quality improvement.
Requirements:
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs, including those with intellectual disabilities and/or experiences of trauma.
  • Strong assessment and goal-setting skills, with the ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
