**Your Role:**

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:

* Providing personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with daily activities, personal care, and medication management
* Developing and implementing care plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each client
* Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the care team

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

* A Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Home and Community Care
* Current Police Screening Certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
* A reliable vehicle, with current registration and comprehensive insurance
* Current Queensland driver's licence and First Aid & CPR Certificates
* Proof of immunity against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Pertussis
