Job Opportunity: Bar StaffA rewarding role is available for a highly skilled individual to join our team as a bar staff member.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a premium dining experience for all patrons.
  • Assist FOH management and supervisors, as well as kitchen staff, to ensure outstanding customer service and attention to detail.
  • Set up and pack down of the restaurant
  • Follow checklists and procedures provided
  • Take food and drink orders promptly
  • Have knowledge of menu options and beverages available
  • Prepare beverages and serve to guests
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels - written, phone and face to face.
  • Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
  • Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others.
  • Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.
  • Time management/organisation: accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.
