About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Parramatta Leagues - Home of the Eels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and nights
  • Availability to commit to set rostered shifts on an ongoing basis
  • RSA and RCG certification (or willingness to obtain)
