Key Role:

The successful applicant will work as a clinical support specialist to assist individuals struggling with nicotine dependency. They will deliver evidence-based services, collaborating with colleagues and working in a team environment.

As part of this critical role, the individual will be required to provide high-quality support services, utilizing their verbal communication skills and professional attitude. They will also need to work flexible hours, including weekends and outside business hours, and assist with backfilling shifts at times.

Requirements for this position include a minimum three-year bachelor's degree qualification in counselling, social work or psychology, and a minimum of 3-years clinical experience in counselling. The ideal candidate will have high level verbal and written communication skills, including clinical documentation and client communication.
