We are seeking skilled professionals to join our service department as Field Service Technicians. This role involves onsite servicing, diagnosis, repairs, pre-hires and off-hires on all equipment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, specialising in forklifts, telehandlers and access equipment. Your expertise will be essential in resolving breakdowns, fault finding and maintaining our extensive range of equipment.

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Mechanical trade certification
  • Experience with large vehicles is highly desirable
  • A current driver's license
  • A Forklift License (preferable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure
