We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business through brokers, accountants, and strategic partnerships.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the business development field within the unsecured commercial lending sector. You will have demonstrable success in exceeding sales targets and contributing to company growth, with clear evidence of performance achievements.
You will also have access to an established and active commercial referral partner network, particularly in the broker, accountant, and strategic partnership spaces. Additionally, you will have a solid ability to drive and convert opportunities, effectively manage pipelines, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and be eager to join an innovative and dynamic team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing strategies to drive new business growth through key partnerships.
- Nurturing relationships with clients, brokers, and partners to become their go-to source for financial solutions.
- Staying ahead of market trends and competitor analysis to provide top-tier solutions.
- Crafting compelling presentations and proposals that position Finstro as the best option for funding.
- Ensuring seamless onboarding for clients and providing education on the full value Finstro can offer.
- Tracking and reporting business development activities to senior management, driving growth while maintaining transparency.
- Educating clients and partners on Finstro's suite of products and services.
