Grounds Maintenance Position

Cloverdale Group is seeking an individual with experience in grounds maintenance to join their team.

The successful applicant will have a working knowledge of equipment such as lawn mowers and whipper snippers, and a willingness to learn from the current team.

You may be expected to work independently at times, so you will need to be confident enough to complete all tasks required. A vehicle will be provided for use during business hours to and from sites.

The role requires someone who can drive standards, is comfortable with a range of equipment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing themselves on site and performing work to the highest standard
  • Operating garden maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers
  • Weeding, trimming, mowing, edging, pruning hedges and shrubs
  • Using systems to upload photos and complete inspections

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A manual driver's licence
  • A valid police check (within 12 months)
  • Be willing to obtain a Working with Children check

Prior experience in property maintenance is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate.

This is a casual position with the aim of providing 38 hours per week, with the option to progress to full-time after the probation period.
