Parks and Gardens Trainee Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an apprentice in Sydney. This role offers the opportunity to work on various tasks such as mowing, brush cutting, hedging, edging, and other duties including:

  • installing and maintaining plant displays
  • cultivating turf
  • installing irrigation and drainage systems
  • controlling weeds, pests, and diseases
  • performing operational maintenance of machinery
  • providing information on plants, products, and treatments

This is a full-time position with varied hours between 20-38 hours per week, during operating hours of 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

A nationally recognized qualification in Certificate III Parks and Gardens will be completed as part of this role.

The ideal candidate will be punctual, willing to learn, and have good communication skills.
