Main Responsibilities- Enhance Store Processes: Assist in the development and evolution of operational excellence standards for the retail business, including customer service, process improvements, and visual merchandising execution.
- Improve Retail Performance: Contribute to the creation and refinement of key store processes and standard operating procedures, ensuring consistency, alignment, and best practices across brands while maintaining any brand-specific nuances and strategies.
- Streamline Store Operations: Identify and document opportunities for reducing in-store activities (partnering with Loss Prevention, Audit, Compliance, and Heads of Retail) to enhance efficiency for improved retail performance.
- Retail Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a retail environment.
- Strategic Initiative Coordination: Experience in coordinating strategic initiatives such as RFID implementation, mobile POS, and retail traffic counters.
- Process Improvement Skills: Proficient in process improvement methodologies and able to document and streamline standard operating procedures.
- Technical Skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
