About the Role:

We are seeking seasoned and licensed security professionals to join our team in a full-time role working on a rotating roster. This position involves providing professional and friendly front-line customer service, responding to incidents, monitoring safety risks, and supporting centre operations through crowd management and de-escalation techniques.

  • You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the safety of individuals within our facilities.
  • Responsibilities also include managing incidents, including medical, emergency, and security-related events, while maintaining a strong focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Key skills required include effective communication, conflict resolution, and crisis management.
  • Supporting centre operations through efficient crowd management, you will ensure seamless event execution and maintain a secure environment for all patrons.
  • This role requires a high standard of personal presentation and professionalism, with a strong emphasis on building trust with clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current Victorian Security License with Crowd Control function is mandatory.
  • A valid First Aid and CPR certificate is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, is necessary.
  • A high standard of personal presentation and professionalism is expected.
