About the Role
Lifecare is seeking a skilled Receptionist to contribute to the exceptional care of our patients. This Casual role will support our Allied Health team in Collins Street, Melbourne.
You will be responsible for answering and addressing incoming telephone queries, scheduling patient appointments, processing payments, invoicing, and balancing daily banking. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and tidy waiting room/clinic rooms and kitchen, restock replenishments, and complete other administrative tasks as needed.
This position requires a professional and confidential service, with a high quality of customer service orientation.
Key Responsibilities
- Polished and professional presentation, punctual with a high level of self-motivation to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Committed to working within a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills when liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- National Police Check and Working With Children Check
