Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team in one of the world's most renowned airport lounges.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and experience in production, buffet, and à la carte service. They will be passionate about quality, presentation, and delivering exceptional service to first and business class guests.

Key responsibilities include preparing fresh, high-quality food using premium ingredients, maintaining inventory levels, managing food costs, and upholding top-tier cleanliness and hygiene standards.

As a member of our team, you will enjoy a low-stress work environment within a highly supportive team and be required to maintain a flexible approach to fortnightly roster patterns.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Experience in Production, Buffet, and à la carte service preferred
